Description

Job description
We’re looking for a skilled and analytical individual to join our award-winning Parking Services team as a Parking Business Analyst. In this vital role, you’ll help drive service transformation and continuous improvement across our high-performing service, supporting policy delivery, smarter enforcement, and better outcomes for residents and businesses.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you’ll play a key part in monitoring and evaluating performance, managing business data, and supporting the implementation of new systems and service innovations. You’ll ensure that our systems, processes and performance frameworks are robust, data-led, and aligned with Ealing’s ambitious climate and transport goals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking someone who is data-savvy, highly organised, and confident working across technical, operational and policy areas.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in performance analysis, service improvement or business intelligence.
  • A strong understanding of the parking and traffic enforcement lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using performance tools and systems, preferably in a local authority or enforcement setting.
  • The ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

Experience working within a Parking Services, notice processing or permit environment would be highly beneficial.
