Description Parking Enforcement Attendant Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company seeking a dependable, observant, and customer-focused Parking Enforcement Attendant to join our Ballantyne team in Charlotte. What You'll Do As a Parking Enforcement Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining order and compliance across your assigned area. Day-to-day, you will patrol designated areas to monitor adherence to parking regulations, issue citations or warnings to vehicles found in violation of parking rules, report unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles to the appropriate parties, provide friendly and helpful customer service by addressing questions and assisting guests with parking-related concerns, and maintain accurate and thorough records of all citations issued and incidents encountered.
