Description The part-time Parking Lot Lead is responsible for overseeing the Parking Lot Attendants at Spooky Nook Sports and is responsible for both operational and administrative duties of the department. This is an unarmed position. The starting pay rate for this position is $16/hour. NOTE: Because this position will involve routine interaction with children, all candidates must successfully obtain the following clearances PRIOR to beginning employment: PA State Police criminal history record, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint-based criminal history clearance. Must be able to follow directions both written and verbally Ability to remain calm in tense or stressful situations Ability to keep personal information safe and private CPR/First Aid Certified Previous supervisory experience a plus Working Conditions Must be able to work both indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions Physical requirements necessary include walking, standing, bending, and lifting Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
