Description Syracuse Parking Services is now hiring enthusiastic and customer service-oriented seasonal Parking Supervisors for the 2026 New York State Fair from Wednesday, August 26 - Monday, September 7. Responsibilities include: Supervising parking staff, ensuring proper clocking in and out, administering breaks Working with office managment and parking leadership to resolve issues as they arise Providing an exceptional guest experience to event attendees parking in the facility Partnering with police and leadership to ensure that traffic entering and exiting the lot does so in a safe and organized manner Position parking attendants throughout the lot based on crowd size, traffic flow, and direction from managers Processing credit card payments using electronic ticketing machines Troubleshooting minor electronic ticketing equipment issues Answering guest questions and providing directions and venue information Requirements Required skills and experience: Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time in variable weather Excellent customer service skills Prior management/leadership experience desired Positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities Prior parking or event attendant experience preferred but not required Supervisors must be 18 years or older prior to the first day of the Fair This position may not accept tips. Responsibilities
