Overview Cornerstone Parking Group, Inc. is seeking a personable, customer-service oriented professional to join our Parking Office Team as a Parking Office Supervisor. This position serves employees, patients, and visitors at the M Health Fairview Hospitals. This a fun and team-oriented atmosphere, executing all functions and duties of the Parking Office. Shift Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Shift times may vary) Responsibilities Collaborate with other office staff and Cornerstone leadership on office operations and projects Support office staff and assist with issuing patient and guest passes Support office staff and assist with answering parking office phone lines and provide informative, professional responses to department email inquiries Organize and track the processing of updated and canceled parking contracts Maintain accurate database records with parking contract information, using parking management software Provide information and answer questions regarding parking inquiries, valet services, directions, etc. Promote and maintain a positive office atmosphere Other duties and projects as assigned Benefits $23.00/hour PTO: 136 hours of PTO per year Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life offered after first 60 days Group life, Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability: 100% premium paid for by Cornerstone 401(k) is available after first six months of employment and 1000 hours worked Comprehensive, paid training Opportunity for Advancement Requirements Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred 1-2 yr. minimum previous customer service experience, preferably in an office setting Intermediate-level computer and technology skills: email, web browser, Microsoft Office Products, etc. Comfortable using standard office equipment High standard of integrity; responsible, reliable, and professional Positive attitude, flexible, able to adapt to changing situations in office environment Able to read, write, comprehend, and converse in the English language Able to sit for extended periods of time (approximately 90% of the work day at times) Work on computer and keyboard for extended periods of time (approximately 90% of work day at times)
