The role will involve clearly and concisely communicating decisions and guidance to contractors, and scrutinising appeal packs to ensure that robust evidence is presented to defend the Councils position at parking. A key element of the role is to ensure a consistency of approach, that fair and appropriate consideration is given to all correspondence, and where appropriate discretion is used in accordance the Council’s policies.
