SUPERVISOR - PARKING ENFORCEMENT - LINCOLNSHIRE - FULL TIME; 45 HOURS PER WEEK - SALARY: £30,771 PER ANNUM

Do you have a full clean, UK manual driving licence?
We are looking for a Parking Enforcement Supervisor to manage a team of Civil Enforcement Officers in Lincolnshire. As a Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.

What will you do?:

  • Manage your on-street team of enforcement staff to ensure they are performing their duties.
  • Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed.
  • Review performance data to ensure contractual conditions are met and implement corrective measures
  • Motivate, praise and develop your team
  • Ensure KPIs are reliably met by the enforcement team
  • Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues
  • Set goals, conduct appraisals and ascertain training needs for operational staff
  • Maintain and uphold client liaisons.
