JOB SUMMARY

As a Parking & Tube Park Attendant, you are responsible for setting the tone for our guests’ day—from welcoming them upon arrival to delivering a safe, exciting tubing experience. This hands-on, guest-facing role includes setting up and managing the parking area, directing traffic efficiently, and facilitating daily Tube Park operations. Your ability to remain approachable, safety-focused, and adaptable throughout the day is key to providing a seamless resort experience that reflects our core value: to Create an inclusive experience united by adventure, empowered by community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • No experience necessary; training provided (experience is an asset)
  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Friendly and proactive with a strong customer service mindset
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods (shoveling, standing, walking)
  • Comfortable managing high guest volumes and engaging with guests of all ages
  • Willing to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and in dynamic mountain conditions
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of personal responsibility

Responsibilities
  • Set up parking lots each morning with signage, cones, and clear access routes
  • Direct guest traffic efficiently and safely while maintaining emergency access
  • Greet guests and provide directions, resort information, and general assistance
  • Transition to the Tube Park after parking is complete to facilitate daily operations
  • Operate the tube lift safely, assisting guests during loading and unloading
  • Set up, maintain, and close down tubing lanes, fencing, signage, and equipment
  • Monitor and manage guest behavior, safety, and lane flow throughout the day
  • Perform snow work, including shoveling, raking, clearing ice, and lane grooming
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment in both parking and Tube Park areas
  • Communicate effectively via radio and follow resort safety procedures
  • Respond to guest questions, support emergency protocols, and report incidents promptly
  • Work closely with team members across departments to support smooth resort operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
