Summary:  Summer Camp Counselors work directly with campers conducting arts and crafts, games and activities.  Additionally, Counselors ensure safe playing environments by conducting safety inspections of the facility and equipment. Counselors are responsible for the direct supervision of program participants. Other duties may be assigned.    Supervisory Responsibilities:  Counselors are responsible for the direct supervision of program participants.   Qualification Requirements:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
