What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in trucks, autos, and gas/diesel-powered equipment (mowers, construction, landscaping—you name it!) Perform safety inspections and repairs on trucks, SUVs, tractors, and more Train operators on safe equipment usage Handle welding and fabrication for repairs Provide field repairs and road calls Organize and manage repair projects from start to finish, including maintenance logs Research cost estimates for materials and supplies Operate heavy equipment (trucks, snow removal, tractors) Weekend shifts may be required—because the fleet never sleeps! Experience with truck/district vehicles and small machinery repair (mowers, weed eaters, etc.). Familiarity of managing materials inventory and safety protocols.
