We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Architecture or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and experience with 3D modelling tools such as SketchUp and Grasshopper 3D is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and joinery techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and contractor agreements.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for presentation purposes is desirable.

• Develop and present architectural designs that meet client requirements and project specifications.
• Utilise software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed drawings and models.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers and construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Engage in negotiations with clients and contractors to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Prepare documentation for planning applications and building regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
