The Role
We are looking for a motivated Part II Architectural Assistant to join our growing team. You will work closely with senior designers and the director across all RIBA stages, from early design through to delivery on site. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced practice with exposure to both design and project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing drawings, 3D models and visualisations
• Support with planning and building regulation applications
• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Carry out measured surveys and site inspections
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and clients
• Contribute to design reviews and team discussions

Requirements

• RIBA Part II qualification (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must haves:

• Knowledge in Indian cultural context / architecture
• Experience in concrete construction, specification and detailing
