PART QUALIFIED MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

The Trade Centre Wales has a fantastic opportunity for a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join the UK’s largest independent used car supermarket. We are looking for motivated and professional individuals who strive for the very best level of service in all aspects of work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a high performing accounts team, preferably in a similar role with a wide breadth of duties but not essential.
• Minimum of two A Levels and three GCSEs or a Level 3 AAT qualification (Or equivalent)
• Must be computer literate with strong Excel skills
• Previous experience of Accounts/ERP systems would be beneficial
• High professional standards - right first time, meeting deadlines, high quality deliverables
• Strong organisation, communication & team-working skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have a flexible approach and be willing and able to work additional hours where necessary
• Driven, ambitious individual who wants to pursue a career in accounting

• Support in the preparation of accurate and timely financial information
• Balance sheet reconciliations and other key controls
• Calculation of accruals and prepayments
• Processing monthly journals
• Supporting the preparation of the year end statutory accounts and audit
• Liaising with key management to provide commentary on management accounts
• Preparation of tax schedules and submissions
• Supply cover within the team as required for annual leave or absence
• Other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
