To continue the success, we are hiring for a Part Time Legal - Paralegal role to support APAC PO1, Asia Foods and ANZ Legal teams in Legal Operations projects, administrative tasks such as reporting, coordinating training, budgeting, and preparing routine legal documents. For you: Competitive benefits package Health & Wellness programs Professional development programs Global career opportunities Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Support Legal Operations and technology initiatives, including process automation, new tool implementation, and acting as Document Management System super user Manage APAC & ANZ legal budgets, spend tracking, AOP support, and internal reporting Maintain contract and document management, registers, databases, and basic legal templates Coordinate with external law firms and internal global/legal teams, including authorised signatures Support legal training, compliance tracking, and legal research as required Qualifications About you: 4+ years of administrative experience, preferably in‑house legal or law firm Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Forms) and tech‑savvy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and analytical Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn About us: Join us and work with iconic brands like Doritos, Gatorade, Pepsi Max, Smith’s Chips, Red Rock Deli, Twisties, Quaker Oats, and Bluebird NZ.
