Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid – mix of remote and in-office work)
Hours: 16–24 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Salary: £13.70 per hour (pro-rata)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Account Manager to support our growing client base of Manchester-based B2B firms. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a background in customer relationship management, digital outreach, and lead generation, who also enjoys handling general administrative tasks.
Please note: This role does not involve any sales — either for us or on behalf of our clients but does include making calls to clients and for clients. Please do not apply if you are uncomfortable on the phone.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Account Management
· Serve as the main point of contact for assigned B2B clients
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
· Understand client goals and ensure services align with their business objectives
· Lead Generation & Digital Outreach
· Plan and execute digital outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Identify and qualify new business leads on behalf of customers
· Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics
· Administrative Support
· Assist with scheduling, data entry, and CRM updates
· Prepare reports and presentations as needed
· Support the wider team with ad hoc admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in account management, sales support, or digital marketing
· Experience in the recruitment sector is highly valued
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Comfortable using CRM systems and digital outreach tools
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
· Familiarity with the B2B sector in Greater Manchester is a plus
· Solid understanding of MS Office, including SharePoint and Excel
