WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong track record of successfully managing or contributing to tender and bid submissions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is desirable
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 18 – 28 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Executive with experience in tender applications to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills to play a key role in expanding our client base and securing new business through a mix of building relationships and the tendering processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and inbound inquiries
  • Lead or support the preparation and submission of tender applications, RFQs, and bids
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and ensure compliance with client specifications
  • Track tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback to continually improve win rates
  • Contribute to overall growth strategy
