JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts/Administration officer to join our office team. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of accounting practices using Sage software. The Accounts/Administration officer will also be involved in providing Administration duties including posting cash receipts, accounts payable transactions and bank reconciliations alongside general administration duties. An interesting and varied job covering all aspects of administration in a small business environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Familiarity with Sage or similar software is advantageous.
· Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word
· Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
· Understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes is preferred.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
· Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
