Fitzsimons Hotel in Temple Bar is looking to hire a Part-Time Accounts Assistant. This role plays a vital part in successful day-to-day operations of the business. You will be working with a small, dynamic professional team, with dedicated training to help you succeed in your role.

Description of role

  • Manage supplier accounts, process invoices and delivery dockets
  • Reconciling supplier accounts
  • Process payroll information
  • Assist in managing, purchasing and orders of stocks for Hotel and Bar
  • Reconciliation of daily cash and cash control procedures
  • Generate financial and sales reports
  • General office administrative tasks dealing with supplier, staff and customer queries

Candidate Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) working in a similar environment is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail in all tasks
  • Strong IT skills, especially with Excel
  • Experience with software such as Procure Wizard, Alkimii, Xero desirable.
  • Third-level qualification preferred
