Responsibilities:
Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for precision, customer service, and process improvement? Join G’Day Group as an Accounts Officer and play a pivotal role in the financial operations of our technology-driven tourism businesses.
As an Accounts Officer, you will manage and oversee critical financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, debt collection, and daily bank reconciliations. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our comprehensive tourism software solutions while supporting a seamless financial experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: End-to-end management of payables and receivables, from data entry to accurate invoicing and payments.
- Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations for accounts payable/receivable and assist with month-end account reviews.
- Debt Collection: Actively manage debt collection processes.
- Customer Billing & Payments: Handle inquiries professionally and process customer payments accurately.
- Bank Reconciliations: Conduct daily reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- General Ledger Support: Prepare and post general ledger journal entries.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in creating accurate audit files.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and generate reports as needed.
