Description This Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices and matching them with purchase orders. They will also be doing vendor maintenance, the weekly check run, assisting with general ledger workpaper reconciliations, and supporting compliance tasks such as sales tax, W-9 collection, and 1099 preparation. Qualifications 2+ years of experience processing over 100 invoices a week 2+ years of experience matching invoices to purchase orders 2+ years of vendor mainenance experience Work within spreadsheets and pivot tables in Excel Proficient within SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, SAGE, M365, Workday, Infor or other large ERP systems Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Freedom, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
