POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is an on-site, part-time role that will assist with administrative, financial, and marketing support tasks. The Administrative Assistant will handle data entry, invoicing, and basic finance-related duties, while also helping maintain the company’s social media presence. This position is ideal for someone organized, detail oriented and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with invoicing or accounting software considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a team environment.
