REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years experience in admin or bookkeeping.
  • Skilled in Xero and comfortable with CPF & GST workflows.
  • E-commerce platform experience (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) a plus.
  • Based in Singapore with eligibility to work locally.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and reconcile invoices and payments using Xero .
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain accurate month-end bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly P&L, Cashflow Statement and Balance Sheet for Management Information purposes using Xero
  • Prepare GST submissions in coordination with our accountant.
  • Handle monthly CPF submissions and basic payroll tasks.
