ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You’ll be responsible for front desk administration, appointment management, and patient communications while contributing to a welcoming and professional environment. This role would suit a mature

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front Desk & Patient Care: Warmly welcome patients and be the friendly face of our clinic.
  • Customer Service & Bookings: Confidently manage phone and email inquiries, converting inquiries into appointments.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and oversee bookings using our practice management software.
  • Case Coordination: Liaise with insurers, medical centers, and third-party providers (e.g., DVA, WorkCover).
  • Billing & Payments: Process invoices, HICAPS, EFTPOS, and Medicare payments (via Tyrohealth).
  • Administration Support: Prepare and finalise referral letters, maintain records, and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Practice Management: Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a well-run and professional clinic.
  • Clinic Presentation: Ensure the clinic maintains a professional and welcoming appearance through light housekeeping and organization.
