Ideal Technologies is a fast growing commercial technology company in a newly renovated office in Lambton. We specialise in data cabling, security systems, and CCTV installations. We’re a close-knit team who value professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a positive, supportive workplace.
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This is a part-time role (Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm) with flexibility to adjust start and finish times to accommodate school drop-off and pick-up, within reason.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
  • Handle general administration duties including SimPRO data entry, filing, processing paperwork.
  • Follow up with customers and help coordinate service work.
  • Support the wider team with day-to-day office tasks.
  • Track and update employee licences and training records.
  • Vehicle service and maintenance scheduling
  • Organise and prepare supplier invoices/statements for the accounts team each month, liaising with suppliers or internal staff to resolve discrepancies.
