Description St. Henry Catholic Church has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant to perform general secretarial duties for the Faith Formation Office of the parish. Interested parties must be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, be able to work efficiently, maintain confidentiality, and be detail-orientated. Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task are a must. Candidates must be a practicing Catholic in good standing and must possess a high school diploma and at least three years’ experience in a similar position. Additional skills needed are: proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office products and the ability and willingness to learn new software products as needed. This is a twenty-hour per week position with occasional weekend and evening work required
