Multi-office Real Estate Brokerage looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. We need a reliable person with a positive attitude that is comfortable working independently.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Polite, professional telephone manner
  • Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Able to keep calm under pressure
  • Able to work independently
  • Attention to detail, organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) & able to learn new software easily
  • Admin / reception experience is an asset
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: $17.20-$17.75 per hour
