About the Role:
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support day-to-day administrative tasks, manage communications, and help keep projects running smoothly. This is a hybrid position ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, about completing tasks with excellence.

Responsibilities:      

  • Manage and organize email correspondence and scheduling
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets   
  • Maintain digital filing systems and records    
  • Assist with data entry, client follow-up, and project tracking  
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications      
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on timeRequirements:      
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role      
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management      
  • Strong communication and organizational skills      
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office      
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines     
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for getting things done

Preferred Qualifications:     

  • Experience in a remote work environment   
  • Familiarity with project management or
