Description Galaxy Brain & Therapy Center is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team in a hybrid role, working both remotely and on-site in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This position is approximately 24 hours per week and plays an essential role in keeping our clinic running smoothly, allowing our clinicians to focus on providing exceptional care. About Galaxy Galaxy Brain & Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic providing occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, mental health services, nutrition, massage, and mindfulness. We intentionally stay small so we can offer high-quality, relationship-based care to our clients and meaningful support to our team. Key Responsibilities Plan of Care follow-up with providers, physicians’ offices, and insurance as needed Managing and organizing fax queues and related filing Answering phones and appropriately routing calls Assisting with intake support and front office needs as needed Processing and tracking subpoenas and related documentation Supporting the administrative team with additional tasks and projects as they arise Understand HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality What We’re Looking For Strong organization and follow-through skills Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) Comfort answering phones and interacting with clients, providers, and outside agencies Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities Experience in healthcare, therapy, or medical office administration is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently while staying connected with a collaborative team Why Work at Galaxy Benefit from a consistent part-time schedule (approximately 24 hours per week) Enjoy a hybrid work schedule, with a mix of remote work and on-site support at our Ann Arbor clinic.
