Primary Position Requirements

Your role is vital to our success, and we’re looking for excellence in five key areas:

  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences through outstanding administrative support.
  • Exhibit proficiency in scheduling and managing patient payments.
  • Provide dedicated operational support to our experienced and passionate physiotherapy team.
  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of basic financial processes, including invoicing and payment collection.
  • Be a collaborative team player, working efficiently and accurately within our administrative team.

We’re looking for a standout individual to join our team! You’ll be a great fit if you possess the following:

SKILLS:

  • Excellent customer service abilities and a compassionate nature.
  • Comfort with multi-line phone systems and booking software.
  • A genuine passion for your work.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with Clinicmaster is a plus.
  • High school diploma with relevant work experience.

COGNITIVE ABILITIES:

  • Dedicated and reliable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn and excited by new knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented.
