JOB TITLE: PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Location: Remote
Schedule: 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AWST)
Salary: $540 AUD/month (paid bi monthly)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Experience with marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Canva, SMS tools) preferred
  • Familiarity with tools listed above is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with client-facing communication and retention efforts
