We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Administrative/Physiotherapy assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred; medical or physiotherapy office experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for client interactions.
  • Clerical experience with familiarity in handling administrative duties is preferred.
