JOB SUMMARY

Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the permanent role of Part Time Administrator for a client based in Glasgow. The hours are 19.5 per week, Monday to Wednesday 10 am to 4.30 pm and this is office based.
In this role, you will take responsibility for managing membership administration, education grants, and the organisation’s stationery, equipment, and inventory. You will also offer support with in-person event administration. A sharp eye for detail is vital, as accuracy is key to success in this position.
Given the sensitive nature of the work, you must demonstrate a sound understanding of GDPR and the Data Protection Act, ensuring all information is handled appropriately and securely.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with database input and management
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and the Data Protection Act
  • Ability to take accurate meeting minutes and notes
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Confident and approachable, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts
  • Flexible, positive attitude and a willingness to support the wider team
  • Highly organised, efficient, and dependable, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently, manage a busy workload, and perform well under pressure
