Ecotech Yorkshire is an experienced business, who provide commercial and domestic customers with friendly and professional heating, air conditioning and plumbing services.
We are seeking an experienced part time office administrator to join our team..
We are looking for someone initially to work Monday and Friday (plus either Tues, Wed or Thurs) between 9am and 2pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from new and existing clients, arranging and scheduling routine service and emergency call out appointments, managing engineers works schedules, creating job cards, rescheduling appointments, preparing invoices, credit control, responding to email correspondence and maintaining office inventory.
