Job Summary:
Ecotech Yorkshire is an experienced business, who provide commercial and domestic customers with friendly and professional heating, air conditioning and plumbing services.
We are seeking an experienced part time office administrator to join our team..
We are looking for someone initially to work Monday and Friday (plus either Tues, Wed or Thurs) between 9am and 2pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from new and existing clients, arranging and scheduling routine service and emergency call out appointments, managing engineers works schedules, creating job cards, rescheduling appointments, preparing invoices, credit control, responding to email correspondence and maintaining office inventory.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident telephone manner with a professional, friendly and polite approach.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook. Experienced in the use of Tradify/Job Logic/Quikbooks although not essential would be advantageous..
  • Maintaining and updating systems and procedures
  • Liaise with engineers, provide job information and act as point of contact for updates and queries
  • Communication directly with customers, issue sales invoice and compile professional jobs reports
  • Support the wider team by assisting with admin workloads, cover other staff holidays and sickness
  • Works calmly and professionally under pressure, handling multiple demands without compromising accuracy or service quality.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £12.21 per hour
    Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
