  • Assist customer: phone calls & emails
  • Calculation of fees (good with maths)
  • Issuing of receipts (Zoho invoice)
  • Arranging of classes for members
  • Basic housekeeping duties
  • Overall administrative duties for the club

Job requirement

  • Responsible & reliable individual
  • Must value punctuality
  • Independent & customer service orientated
  • Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office
  • Working hours: 2 weekdays, 10-2pm, Sat, 9am - 2pm / Sun, 11- 5pm
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills and able to relate to students, parents and coaches with quality service
  • Able to work both independently and as a team member
  • Location: Holland Village
