Department: Public and Continuing Education(PE/CE) Reporting to: Admissions and Enrollment Lead, PE/CE    Role Description The Part time Admissions Assistant in PE/CE works closely with the Lead of Admissions and Enrollment to convert students, including the Music Development Program (MDP), Summer and Winter Camps, School Engagement Program, Satellite Early Years Centers and continuing education initiatives.  This position works a flexible schedule, but required to work on Sundays to support recruitment events. Core Responsibilities 1. Admission Consultation and Reception * Responsible for receiving visitors, calls, and online inquiries from Tuesdays to Fridays, Sunday(OD), and answering questions related to the music curriculum system, tuition fees, admissions procedures, etc.(Working hours can be appropriately reduced due to enrollment period) * Coordinate campus open days, information sessions, trial classes, and campus visits, and provide answers to questions by parents. * Assist parents in applying for refunds of registration fees or tuition. 2. Customer Follow-up and Conversion * Establish and maintain the records of potential parents in the OA system, and conduct follow-up through phone calls, WeChat, or face-to-face meetings. * Work with the Admissions Lead to identify family needs, provide course recommendations, and promote enrollment and payment. 3. Admissions Process Handling * Responsible for arranging online admissions interviews, registering interview results in the OA system, helping parents choose course packages, sending invoices, following up payment, and issuing admissions notification results. * Responsible for registering offline admissions interview results in the OA system, assisting parents in choosing course packages, sending invoices, following up payment, and issuing admissions notification results. * Assist in handling admissions procedures, and after successful payment, push the parents' WeChat information to the relevant project managers to add them to the WeChat group. 4. Market and Channel Expansion * Cooperate with the Admissions Open Day activities, participate in answering questions from parents regarding music courses, and help increase conversion rates. 5. Parent Services and Reputation Maintenance * Handle simple consultation-related complaints and issues, and report complex situations promptly. 6. Data and Reports * Report and update daily/weekly interview results and successful payment data to the Admissions Lead.   Requirements * Bachelor's degree or above (in education, art management or related fields preferred) Work Experience * At least 2 years of experience in music (or other art-related fields) training programs. * Have knowledge of the Chinese education industry. * Those with experience in community building or customer relationship management are preferred.  Professional skills * Bilingual ability in Chinese and English. * Excellent customer analysis skills. * Proficient in monitoring and managing parents customer service accounts. * Excellent communication skills (used for communicating with parents and coordinating open day activities). * Possess data sensitivity and the ability to optimize the conversion rate from visitors to applicants during the open day activities.
