We’re seeking a strategic, people-first Part-Time Analytics Team Lead to help elevate our growing analytics function at Augurian. In this part-time leadership role, you will manage a small team of analysts, optimize foundational processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data and measurement are seamlessly integrated into our services.

ABOUT YOU

• You bring 3–5+ years of experience in digital analytics, including time managing or mentoring analysts.You’re skilled in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other marketing analytics platforms.
• You’re energized by coaching and leading others and supporting our Service’s teams, improving systems, and solving problems through better process design.
• You value collaboration and transparency and thrive in environments that center on impact, clarity, and shared learning.
