We are currently looking for Full Time and Part Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will: * Execute day-to-day kitchen operations by preparing and cooking food that is visually appealing and delicious, while ensuring meals are prepared promptly and consistently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times. * Be a problem solver by using your critical thinking and analytical skills to tackle challenges. You'll be empowered to work independently while managing your time and responsibilities effectively. * Foster authentic team connections by building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members and providing excellent service to our guests. * Take initiative with other duties as assigned to support the kitchen and restaurant operations What we need from you: * Have one (1) or more years of recent and related cooking experience, preferably within a hospitality, restaurant or gaming environment. * High School Diploma. A combination of education and experience may be considered. * WHMIS food safe certificate (can be completed upon hire through Century Casinos). * Journeyman cook certificate or equivalent, when required. * Must be able to pass a criminal record check. * Ability to commute with reliable transportation to our property.
