POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time AR/Billing Assistant to support our accounting operations. This role will be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable functions, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on outstanding balances. The AR/Billing Assistant will also provide administrative support to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a professional services environment.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is based out of RSG’s New Orleans office and requires regular in-person attendance. We value collaboration and believe that working together on-site fosters strong teamwork, communication, and innovation.
