Description Conrad Company Holdings, a fast growing, award-winning family-owned business is seeking a Part-Time Assembler to join our Production team at our PennAir facility in York, PA. Since 1968, PennAir has helped people in manufacturing and construction with pneumatics, hydraulics and automation. Responsibilities · Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble products · Utilize hand and power tools such as a drill, screwdriver, wrenches, etc. · Multi-task on multiple projects · Basic Knowledge of General Wiring · Coordinate with team members on technical matters to meet project specifications · Maintain inventory of product in workstations · Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures · Maintain a clean and safe work area · Visually inspect assembled products to identify component and product issues · Assemble and fasten components according to drawings to maintain quality standard · Select component parts to assemble in accordance with the drawings or instructions · Inspect parts for damage and/or imperfections Requirements · High School Diploma preferred · General assembly experience · High attention to detail · Mechanically inclined · Experience soldering connectors and prepping wire by stripping insulation is a plus · Self-starter · Able to lift 50 lbs. · Excellent communication skills · Team player · Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record · Computer literate The Conrad Company offers a competitive compensation package including 401(k) Plan, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance, and PTO.
