工作職責：提供優質的客戶服務，解答客戶的查詢 - 協助客戶填寫強積金（MPF）入職表格，確保填寫正確無誤處理一般查詢，提供相關資訊以協助客戶 - 控制中心的人流，確保客戶在等候區的秩序其他由上級指派的相關工作工作地點: 荃灣 - 積金易服務中心時薪: $100 (工作時間：主要星期一至五 09:00-18:00 ; 每星期工作 3-4天_ 任職要求：具良好的溝通能力，能夠與客戶建立良好的關係有MPF相關知識、客戶服務經驗者優先考慮能夠在繁忙的環境中保持冷靜，並有效地處理查詢每週能夠上班3-5天者優先考慮 - 具備基本的電腦操作能力
