DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills , demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The assistant will contribute to various projects, utilizing their creativity and time management skills to ensure smooth operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. * Support project planning and workflow management, ensuring deadlines are met. * Utilize communication skills to interact with clients and team members. * Contribute to marketing initiatives, including content creation and social media management. * Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. * Assist with sales related activities, such as preparing presentations and reports. * Apply creativity to develop engaging content and visual materials. * Demonstrate detail-oriented approach in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Contribute to teamwork by assisting with various projects and tasks. * Effectively manage time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Working knowledge of communication principles. * General knowledge of customer service best practices. * Ability to demonstrate ** organizational skills** and time management. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with marketing and social media management. * Familiarity with Point Of Sale systems. * Experience with sales support activities. * Some experience with visual merchandising. * Experience with workflow management. * Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop. * Some experience with drawing.
