If you love working with children and want to support a high-quality learning environment, we would love to hear from you! ---------------------------------------- AVAILABLE SCHEDULE OPTIONS We are hiring specifically for a morning schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. You must be able to work with all ages, ranging from 6 weeks old to 5 years of age. ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive pay: $14–$16/hour (based on experience & qualifications) * Paid training to meet annual licensing requirements * Supportive, collaborative school culture where teachers feel valued and appreciated ---------------------------------------- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or GED * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to safely support young children * Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude * Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently * Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for working with children * Must be willing to prepare snacks, lunches, and breaks for any classroom Preferred: * Prior experience in a licensed child care center * Experience supporting infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children ---------------------------------------- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll partner with a Lead Teacher to create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
