We are seeking a dynamic and strategic freelance Content Marketing Specialist to support our B2B growth efforts within the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical marketer who can translate complex ideas into engaging, impactful content that resonates with decision-makers. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing content strategies, managing campaigns, and elevating our brand presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Content Development & Strategy
  • Create and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business goals and audience needs in the pharmaceutical/healthcare space.
  • Write clear, compelling content across formats: blogs, thought leadership pieces, white papers, webinars, case studies, email newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Translate technical/clinical information and product data into engaging, accessible narratives tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Conduct industry research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Campaign & Channel Management
  • Plan, write, and manage email campaigns in HubSpot — from strategy to reporting and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars across digital channels.
  • Create and manage social media content (primarily LinkedIn, with expansion to other platforms relevant to B2B healthcare marketing).
  • Manage social media campaigns and monitor engagement, CTR, and conversions.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO to boost organic visibility.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to produce collateral that supports customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide performance reporting and insights using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to refine content and campaign strategies.
