We are an independent brunch and speciality coffee shop based in the centre of York. We use fresh, local ingredients to create our brunch dishes along with a huge array of cakes and bakes. This is paired with some beautifully crafted coffees from Dark Arts coffee, roasted in London.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We pride ourselves on creating amazing cakes and sweet bread buns from the highest quality ingredients. We like to make our classic recipes but also we introduce new and exciting bakes every day. Take a look at our instagram for some pics!
We are looking for someone creative with a passion for excellent cakes, tarts and buns and also for someone to introduce new ideas and recipes. We are also looking for someone who is knowledgable on allergens and ideally have level 2 hygiene certificate.
In return we offer a fun and friendly place to work, great pay, food and drinks on shift plus a share of the excellent tips.
