RIKA Cheese Garden is looking for a part-time baker to join our growing team! This role involves assisting with daily baking tasks on a fixed schedule. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about learning the art of baking. While prior experience is an asset, we value dedication, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the craft.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Keen eye for detail while following established recipes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Previous baking experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate who shows enthusiasm for the food industry.
