This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional product quality, upholding brand standards, and ensuring smooth shift execution. While this position will learn both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, the primary focus will be production, frosting, and back-of-house leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team during shifts in the manager’s absence Oversee production, frosting, and cake finishing to ensure consistent presentation and quality Support opening and closing procedures as needed Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the bakery Coach and support team members to ensure efficiency and teamwork Assist guests when needed and maintain a positive, solution-oriented environment Help train new team members in both front and back-of-house procedures What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail, especially in frosting and cake presentation Ability to lead with confidence while creating a supportive team environment Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize during busy shifts Willingness to learn all areas of bakery operations Passion for quality, teamwork, and delivering a joyful guest experience This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, takes pride in beautiful presentation, and is ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to grow within the bakery.
