Description Banquet Busser The Pacific Club 4110 MacArthur Blvd Newport Beach, California, CA 92660 Summary: The Busser plays an important support role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for Members and guests of the Club. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, resetting tables efficiently, assisting servers with food and beverage service, and ensuring that all service areas are well-stocked and presentable. The Busser works closely with the service team to uphold the Club’s high standards of hospitality, attentiveness, and member-focused service. Supports the overall success of the department by completing tasks relevant to the role at the request of the team, members or any manager. Assists servers as requested; delivering items, removes courses, replenishes utensils, fulfills customer needs during their dining experience, prepares and serves/refills beverages such as coffee, iced tea, etc… Brew ice tea, coffee and other drinks as needed. Restocks and maintains a clean and organized workspace. Assists with reconfiguration of the dining room. Follows safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, F&B SOPs. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Education Requirements/Preferred Required: High School Graduate or General Education Degree Work Experience Required/Preferred Minimum of 1-2 years in banquet service Previous customer service experience a plus Required Certification(s) Food Handler Certification Responsible Beverage Service
