EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Cocktail and wine knowledge would be preferable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers in a friendly yet professional manner
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed and report any equipment issues to management.
