JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee operations in a popular, independent bar environment, helping to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in hospitality team management and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of food hygiene requirements
• Friendly and cheerful disposition
• Excellent people and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Barista and Cocktail making skills most advantageous but additional training will be provided.

  Pay: £12.50 per hour
  Expected hours: 7 – 21 per week

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Cellar duties including line cleaning, changing kegs, couplers and gas.
• Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Assist with staff rotas
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Open and close shifts, cashing up.
