WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are a small team, who love to laugh while we work, looking for a like minded front of house team member or barista, to help us deliver amazing customer service and making banging coffees.

These are part time roles, either…

• 1 weekend day per week
• 2 days per week - with either a mix of weekend and week day availability
• 2 days per week - full weekend availability

Weekend work is essential, with this being our busiest times at the cafe.
You must be an outgoing, friendly, people person.
The café may be small, but don’t be fooled - it gets busy.
You must be able to multitask and cope under pressure.
It’s a rewarding job, and we have a nice time with each other, and with our customers, but you need to go that extra mile, every time, and be happy to do so.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering friendly, attentive customer service at all times
• Making hot and cold drinks for customers
• Ensuring drink standards are met and served quickly
• Working at a fast pace, turning tables quickly
• Preempting what customers need, without being prompted
• Carrying out our service cycle effectively and efficiently - greeting and seating customers, taking orders, upselling, clearing tables, taking payments at tables
• Ensuring that the cafe is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Ensuring that food hygiene standards are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring that our allergen policies are followed at all times and that people with dietary requirements are well catered for
